Login to Vox (see instructions in 10165). There's no Insert Link toolbar button, like in FF. Perhaps they've disabled it until we fix 12920.

They've also disabled indent/outdent, even though those work as expected. Updated the radar.

The link button is there now. So are the indent/outdent buttons. All work as expected. Closing.
