Sibling selectors do not work with :hover pseudo style See attached test case. I discovered this when looking at one of Ian's test cases for SVG: http://hixie.ch/tests/adhoc/svg/cascade/001.xml

This should be a duplicate bug. I'm pretty sure it's been filed already. It's a known issue.
